Our Quality Assurance process involves both manual and automated testing. To understand it better, let’s dive into a user story:
Peter is the tech co-founder of a Startup.
As Mobile App needs specific domain knowledge, Peter has decided to do all initial/core development in-house.
As the engineers are very domain specific and their time is very expensive. Peter wants a team of engineers who can
- Write automated end-to-end tests
- Setup and maintain CI.
- Manage git-flow and CD.
- Categorize issues and raise bugs.
- Bug lifecycle management.
- Quality Matrix reports.
Maqsood Labs submitted proposal to Peter. Peter onboarded Maqsood Labs team for two weeks trial period.
Peter was satisfied with the progress of team and signed the contract.
